电商企业财务风险管理与会计控制研究

Research on Financial Risk Management and Accounting Control of E-Commerce Enterprises

摘要: 互联网科技发展起来后电商企业数量不断增多且商业模式创新也跟着出现从而新的财务风险随之产生。本研究以电商企业财务风险管理和会计控制为内容展开，由于电商企业面临信用风险、流动性风险等不少财务风险，本研究对电商企业财务风险现状及主要风险来源做了实证，针对电商企业会计控制措施如合理筹资、完善内控制度、加强财务监督等进行探索分析以有效防范和规避财务风险。研究结论为风险管理机制和会计控制体系健全后电商企业财务风险就能有效降低从而为电商企业健康稳定发展提供有力保障，这一研究在理解和应对电商企业财务风险方面有重要的实践意义。

Abstract: With the development of Internet technology, the number of e-commerce enterprises is increasing, but the accompanying business model innovation also brings new financial risks. This study focuses on the financial risk management and accounting control of e-commerce enterprises, and empirically examines the current situation and main sources of financial risks faced by e-commerce enterprises, such as credit risk, liquidity risk, etc. By exploring and analyzing the accounting control measures of e-commerce enterprises, including reasonable fundraising, improving internal control systems, and strengthening financial supervision, effective prevention and avoidance of financial risks can be achieved. The research conclusion shows that by establishing a sound risk management mechanism and accounting control system, the financial risks of e-commerce enterprises can be effectively reduced, providing strong guarantees for the healthy and stable development of e-commerce enterprises. This study has important practical significance for understanding and addressing the financial risks of e-commerce enterprises.
