角色理论健康教育联合同伴互动支持干预在肺癌化疗PICC置管患者中的应用效果
Effect of Role-Based Health Education Combined with Peer Interaction Support Intervention on PICC Patients with Lung Cancer Undergoing Chemotherapy
摘要: 目的:探讨角色理论健康教育联合同伴互动支持干预应用于肺癌化疗PICC置管患者的效果。方法:选择2024年1月至2024年6月上海中医药大学附属光华医院诊治的60名肺癌化疗PICC置管患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组行常规健康教育,研究组在常规护理基础上行角色理论健康教育联合同伴互动支持干预。观察两组干预前后自我管理能力、负性情绪、生活质量等变化情况。结果:干预后,两组自我管理评分均高于干预前,且研究组高于对照组;两组生活质量评分、负性情绪评分高于干预前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论:角色理论健康教育联合同伴支持教育干预肺癌PICC置管化疗患者,在自我管理能力提高、改善生活质量以及改善情绪方面发挥明显作用。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the effects of role theory, health education combined with peer interaction, and support intervention in patients with PICC catheterization during chemotherapy for lung cancer. Methods: A total of 60 patients with PICC catheterization for lung cancer chemotherapy treated in Guanghua Hospital affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2024 to February 2024 were selected and divided into control group and study group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine health education, and the study group was given role-theory health education combined with peer interaction support intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The changes of self-management ability, negative emotion, and quality of life before and after intervention were observed between the two groups. Results: After intervention, the self-management scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05), and after the intervention, the quality of life score and negative mood score of the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Role theory health education combined with peer support education in the intervention of lung cancer PICC catheter chemotherapy patients played a significant role in improving self-management ability, improving quality of life and improving mood.
