王远红教授治疗玫瑰痤疮验案一则

A Case Study of Professor Wang Yuanhong’s Treatment of Rosacea

摘要: 王远红教授治疗玫瑰痤疮的经验以清热除湿、活血化瘀为核心。典型处方以凉血四物汤为基础，配合黄芩、蒲公英等清热解毒药物，同时注重健脾理气，如使用茯苓、陈皮。随着病程进展，适时加入祛风透疹、通络散结之品，如蒺藜、穿山龙。玫瑰痤疮多因肺胃积热、肝郁化火，易受外感风热触发，病位在肺、胃、肝。治疗时遵循辨证论治原则，初期以清泻肺胃热盛为主，中期兼顾清热解毒与活血化瘀，晚期则注重化痰散结。治疗后患者皮疹明显消退，红斑变淡，生活质量提升。王远红教授的方剂显示出对玫瑰痤疮恢复的良好疗效，尤其在降低复发率和减少副作用方面展现独特优势。

Abstract: Professor Wang Yuanhong’s experience in treating rosacea is centred on clearing heat and removing dampness, activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Typical prescriptions are based on the Four Substance Soup for Cooling Blood, with heat-clearing and detoxifying drugs such as Scutellaria baicalensis and dandelion, and focusing on strengthening the spleen and regulating qi, such as the use of Poria cocos and Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae. As the course of the disease progresses, products that dispel wind and penetrate the rash and clear the collaterals to disperse knots, such as Tribulus terrestris and Andrographis paniculata, are added at the appropriate time. Rosacea is mostly caused by the accumulation of heat in the lungs and stomach, liver depression and fire, and is easily triggered by exogenous wind-heat, and the disease is located in the lungs, stomach and liver. The treatment follows the principle of evidence-based therapy, focusing on clearing heat from the lungs and stomach in the early stage, clearing heat and removing toxins and activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis in the middle stage, and resolving phlegm and dispersing knots in the late stage. After treatment, the patient’s rash subsided significantly, the erythema faded, and her quality of life improved. Professor Wang Yuanhong’s formula showed good efficacy in the recovery of rosacea, especially in reducing the recurrence rate and side effects.
