摘要: 急性腰扭伤(ALS)是由于腰部肌肉、筋膜、韧带、关节囊等软组织突然受力、长期劳作、过度或不协调的腰部活动中，因过度牵拉或骤然收缩而发生的急性撕裂性损伤，临床表现为下腰部突发的剧烈疼痛，多呈撕裂样、刀割样、针刺样锐痛。因疼痛剧烈和肌肉痉挛引起受伤部位活动受限、硬度增加并可伴有局部肿胀与瘀斑，对于患者的生活质量有着严重的影响。西医治疗主要以止痛药为主，但存在药物副作用、治标不治本、易复发等问题。中医治疗急性腰扭伤疗效确切，安全性较高，尤其在减少发作频率、减轻疼痛程度、改善伴随症状和提高生活质量方面具有优势。下文介绍刘丹教授浮针结合天柱穴动气针法治疗急性腰扭伤验案一则。

Abstract: Acute lumbar sprain (ALS) is an acute tear injury caused by sudden strain on soft tissues such as waist muscles, fascia, ligaments, joint capsules, long-term labor, excessive or uncoordinated lumbar activities, and excessive pulling or sudden contraction. The clinical manifestations are sudden, severe pain in the lower waist, mostly tear-like, knife-like, or needle-like sharp pain. Due to severe pain and muscle spasm, the movement of the injured site is limited, the hardness is increased, and it may be accompanied by local swelling and bruises, which has a serious impact on the patient’s quality of life. Western medicine treatment is mainly based on painkillers, but there are problems such as drug side effects, treatment of symptoms, but not treatment of the root cause, and easy recurrence. Traditional Chinese medicine has an accurate effect on the treatment of acute lumbar sprains and is relatively safe, especially in reducing the frequency of attacks, reducing the degree of pain, improving the accompanying symptoms and improving the quality of life.
