基于“诸胀腹大，皆属于热”从热论治癌性腹水
Treating Malignant Ascites from the Heat Theory Based on the Principle That “All Abdominal Distention and Fullness Is Ascribed to Heat”

摘要: 癌性腹水是恶性肿瘤常见的并发症之一，严重影响患者的生活质量和生存期。现代医学主要通过利尿、腹腔穿刺引流、腹腔灌注等方法进行治疗，但存在一定的局限性。中医理论中的“诸胀腹大，皆属于热”为癌性腹水的治疗提供了新的思路。本文基于该理论，探讨热邪与癌性腹水的关系，分别从疏郁热、利湿热、化瘀热、清虚热、解毒热、涤痰热探讨癌性腹水的辨治策略，为癌性腹水的治疗提供新的理论依据和实践指导。
Abstract: Malignant ascites is one of the common complications of malignant tumors, which seriously affect patients’ quality of life and survival. Modern medicine mainly treats it through diuresis, peritoneal puncture drainage, and peritoneal perfusion, but there are some limitations. The traditional Chinese medicine theory of “All Abdominal Distention and Fullness Is Ascribed to Heat” provides a new way of thinking for the treatment of malignant ascites. Based on this theory, this paper explores the relationship between heat evil and malignant ascites, and discusses the strategy of recognizing and treating malignant ascites from the aspects of depression-heat, dampness-heat, stasis-heat, asthenic-heat, poison-heat, and phlegm-heat respectively, in order to provide new theoretical basis and practical guidance for the treatment of malignant ascites.
