重组人干扰素α-1b滴眼液联合抗病毒药物治疗盘状角膜基质炎1例

One Case of Discoid Stromal Keratitis Treated with Recombinant Human Interferon α-1b Eye Drops Combined with Antiviral Drugs

摘要: 目的：分享1例重组人干扰素α-1b滴眼液联合抗病毒药物治疗典型盘状角膜基质炎的临床疗效。方法：回顾1例老年女性患者的病例资料，因“盘状角膜基质炎od”诊断明确，给予重组人干扰素α-1b滴眼液、0.1％氟米龙滴眼液、抗病毒药物及散瞳治疗，观察治疗后的临床疗效。结果：治疗2周：右眼视力0.25，眼压15 mmHg，角膜中央可见薄翳，余透明，前房深度可，晶状体混浊，前表面可见虹膜色素，视网膜平伏。左眼未见明显异常。结论：重组人干扰素α-1b滴眼液联合抗病毒药物治疗盘状角膜基质炎临床效果显著，明显提高视力。

Abstract: Objective: To share the clinical efficacy of recombinant human interferon α-1b eye drops combined with antiviral drugs in the treatment of typical discoid stromal keratitis. Methods: The case data of an elderly female patient were reviewed. Due to the clear diagnosis of “discoid stromal keratitis od”, recombinant human interferon α-1b eye drops, 0.1% flumirone eye drops, antiviral drugs and mydriatic treatment were given. The clinical efficacy after treatment was observed. Result: After 2 weeks of treatment: the visual acuity of the right eye was 0.25, the intraocular pressure was 15mmHg, a thin pus could be seen in the center of the cornea, remaining transparent, the depth of the anterior chamber was acceptable, the lens was turbid, iris pigment could be seen on the anterior surface, and the retina was flat. No obvious abnormalities were observed in the left eye. Conclusion: Recombinant human interferon α-1b eye drops combined with antiviral drugs have a significant clinical effect in the treatment of discoid stromal keratitis and significantly improve vision.
