从“清阳出上窍”论治儿童变应性鼻炎

Treating Allergic Rhinitis in Children from “Clear Yang out of the Upper Body”

摘要: 儿童变应性鼻炎(AR)是临床常见的呼吸系统疾病，是一种发生在鼻黏膜的变态反应性疾病，临床表现为鼻塞、流涕、鼻痒、阵发性喷嚏等。本文从“清阳出上窍”理论出发分析变应性鼻炎的辨证论治，认为其发病，肺、脾、肾等脏腑虚损导致清阳生化乏源，无法濡养鼻窍为本，外邪趁虚而入，壅遏清阳为标。临证治疗应补益脏腑虚损，复生化之源，调清浊升降，祛邪外出，使鼻窍得通、得荣。

Abstract: Allergic rhinitis (AR) is a common respiratory disease in children. It is an allergic disease that occurs in the nasal mucosa. The clinical manifestations are nasal congestion, runny nose, nasal itching, paroxysmal sneezing, etc. Based on the theory of “Clear Yang out of the Upper Body”, this article analyzes the syndrome differentiation and treatment of allergic rhinitis. It holds that the onset of the disease is caused by the deficiency of the lungs, spleen, and kidneys, which leads to a lack of resources for the generation and transformation of clear yang, making it unable to nourish the nasal orifices. The treatment should replenish the deficiency of the internal organs, restore the source of metabolism, regulate the ascending and descending of purity and impurity, expel the pathogenic factors, and enable the nasal orifices to be unobstructed and prosperous.
