上焦宣痹汤治疗小儿咽源性咳嗽经验

Clinical Experience with Shangjiao Xuanbi Decoction in Treating Pharyngeal Cough

摘要: 咽源性咳嗽是儿科临床常见的一种多发疾病，在临床诊疗中发现，湿热之邪是小儿咽源性咳嗽的主要致病因素，湿热郁痹肺气为关键病机。运用合方思维、辨证求本等中医思维，选用名方上焦宣痹汤，辅以疏风止咳、解毒利咽、分消走泄之法，治疗小儿咽源性咳嗽取得了较好的临床疗效。

Abstract: Pharyngeal cough is a common and frequently occurring disease in pediatric clinical practice. Clinical observations indicate that pathogenic dampness-heat serves as the primary etiological factor in pediatric pharyngeal cough, with stagnation and obstruction of lung qi due to dampness-heat identified as the key pathological mechanism. Guided by traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) principles, including holistic formula-based strategies and syndrome differentiation to address the root cause, the renowned Shangjiao Xuanbi Decoction was employed in combination with therapeutic methods such as dispelling wind to alleviate cough, clearing toxins to soothe the throat, and eliminating pathogenic factors through multiple pathways. This integrated approach has demonstrated notable clinical efficacy in treating pediatric pharyngeal cough.
