胡幼平教授运用龙虎交战针法治疗血瘀型痛经经验

Professor Hu Youping’s Experience in Treating Blood Stasis-Type Dysmenorrhea by Using the Dragon and Tiger Battle Acupuncture Method

摘要: 痛经是以伴随月经来潮周期性的下腹部疼痛，同时伴见乳房胀痛等症状为主要临床特征的疾病。龙虎交战针法是现代常用于治疗痛证的复式针刺手法，左捻九而右捻六，住痛止疼。胡幼平教授临床运用龙虎交战针法治疗血瘀型痛经，疗效显著。笔者有幸跟诊胡幼平教授学习，观察龙虎交战针法治疗气滞血瘀型、寒凝血瘀型痛经的临床疗效，总结其辨证思路，选穴治法，进而总结胡幼平教授运用龙虎交战针法治疗血瘀型痛经即时止痛的临床经验，为针灸治疗痛经提供临床诊治思路参考。

Abstract: Dysmenorrhea is a disease with the main clinical feature of cyclic lower abdominal pain accompanied by menstrual flow, accompanied by symptoms such as breast distension and pain. Dragon and Tiger Battle Acupuncture is a modern compound acupuncture technique commonly used in the treatment of dysmenorrhea, twisting nine on the left and six on the right, to stop pain and relieve pain. Professor Hu Youping, a famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor in Sichuan Province, clinically uses the Dragon and Tiger Battle Acupuncture method to treat blood stasis type dysmenorrhea with remarkable efficacy. The author has the honor to study with Professor Hu Youping, observe the clinical efficacy of the Dragon and Tiger Battle Acupuncture in the treatment of dysmenorrhea of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type and cold blood stasis type, summarize his ideas of diagnosis and selection of acupuncture points, and then summarize Professor Hu Youping’s clinical experience of the Dragon and Tiger Battle Acupuncture in the treatment of dysmenorrhea of blood stasis type, which will provide a reference of clinical diagnosis and treatment for the treatment of dysmenorrhea by acupuncture.
