摘要: 体育教学和心理辅导在高校育人体系中具有互补作用,对学生成长至关重要。本研究以广东省高校为例,探讨了体育与心理辅导的协同机制,发现尽管已形成融合模式,但在课程、师资和评价方面仍存在问题。提出通过课程体系、师资合作和评价创新等三方面优化策略,以促进高校全面育人。
Abstract: Physical education and psychological counseling play complementary roles in the university education system and are crucial for students’ growth. Taking colleges and universities in Guangdong Province as an example, this study explores the collaborative mechanism between physical education and psychological counseling. It finds that although an integration model has been formed, there are problems in curriculum, teacher resources, and evaluation. Optimization strategies are proposed from three aspects: curriculum system, teacher cooperation, and evaluation innovation to promote comprehensive education in colleges and universities.
