中医芳香疗“皮”应用综述

摘要: 皮肤作为守卫人体健康的第一道防线，其重要性不言而喻。皮肤病也常常因其反复发作、缠绵难愈的特点，给临床治疗带来挑战。中医芳香疗法在我国应用历史悠久，演变至今，已经被广泛应用到临床及生活保健中，皮肤病的治疗也处于深入研究阶段。本文选取临床诊疗过程中常见的两种皮肤病——痤疮和白癜风，基于以上两者的疾病特点分析，整理中医芳香疗法在这两种皮肤病中的诊疗思路及芳香药物的运用，以期为中医芳香疗法在皮肤病中的运用提供新思路与新方法。
Abstract: As the body’s first line of defense, the skin plays an indispensable role in safeguarding human health. Yet, because skin disorders are often recurrent and stubbornly chronic, they present considerable challenges in clinical practice. With a long history of use in China, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)—based aromatherapy has evolved into a modality now widely employed in both clinical treatment and daily health care, and its application to dermatologic conditions is being intensively investigated. Focusing on two common disorders encountered in clinical practice—acne and vitiligo—this paper analyzes their distinctive pathological features, synthesizes the diagnostic and therapeutic strategies of TCM aromatherapy for these conditions, and summarizes the use of aromatic medicinals. In so doing, it aims to offer novel perspectives and methods for the application of TCM aromatherapy in dermatology.
