跨境电商浪潮下国贸云商的转型突围与核心能力重塑:基于数字化与供应链视角
Transformation and Breakthrough of International Trade Cloud Merchants in the Wave of Cross-Border E-Commerce: From the Perspective of Digitalization and Supply Chain
摘要: 在全球经济深度融合与数字技术加速迭代的时代背景下,跨境电商作为国际贸易领域的创新型业态正呈现蓬勃发展态势。浙江国贸云商控股有限公司在此浪潮中面临转型挑战与发展机遇。本文基于数字化与供应链视角,通过SWOT分析其发展现状,发现公司具备强大股东背景、多元化业务板块、突出数字化服务能力及完善服务网络等优势,但存在部分业务对外依赖度高、品牌影响力不足、高端复合型人才短缺等劣势。同时,跨境电商行业增长、政策支持、消费升级及技术创新带来机遇,而产业竞争力弱、内部协同障碍、供应链管理短板、市场竞争激烈、政策法规变化及数字化转型瓶颈构成威胁。据此,提出优化业务合作模式、强化品牌建设与市场推广、加强人才培养与引进、提升应对竞争与风险能力等对策,以推动国贸云商实现可持续发展。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of deepened global economic integration and accelerated digital technology iteration, cross-border e-commerce, as an innovative paradigm in international trade, is thriving dynamically. Zhejiang International E-Commerce Holdings Co., Ltd. is now confronted with both transformation challenges and development opportunities amid this trend. This paper, from the perspectives of digitalization and supply chain, employs SWOT analysis to assess its current development. It identifies the company’s strengths, including a robust shareholder foundation, diversified business portfolios, preeminent digital service capabilities, and a comprehensive service network. However, weaknesses such as high external dependency in certain businesses, inadequate brand influence, and a shortage of high-end interdisciplinary talents are also noted. Meanwhile, opportunities arise from the growth of the cross-border e-commerce industry, policy support, consumption upgrading, and technological innovation. Yet threats persist, encompassing weak industrial competitiveness, internal collaboration barriers, supply chain management gaps, intense market competition, policy/regulatory changes, and bottlenecks in digital transformation. Based on these findings, countermeasures are proposed: optimizing business cooperation models, strengthening brand building and market promotion, enhancing talent cultivation and recruitment, and improving capabilities to address competition and risk, all aimed at driving the sustainable development of International E-Commerce.
