数字生态下县域花木电商发展路径研究——以沭阳县为例
Research on the Development Path of County-Level Flower and Plant E-Commerce in the Digital Ecosystem—A Case Study of Shuyang County
摘要: 县域特色产业的数字化转型和生态化发展是实现农业农村现代化的重要路径。作为全国花木电商的重要区域,沭阳县花木电商发展在经济规模、产业构建及创新实践等方面均取得显著成效。然而,产业发展过程中也面临着技术应用滞后、产业协同不足、政策规范缺失及技能人才短缺等挑战,这些挑战制约着产业从规模扩张向价值提升的关键跨越。因此,研究提出,通过技术驱动、产业协同、政策保障、人才培育四个维度,构建适应数字生态的发展路径,探索“小产业、大生态”的发展模式,推动沭阳县花木电商产业的高质量发展,为全国县域特色产业提供可复制的价值参考。
Abstract: The digital transformation and ecological development of county-level characteristic industries represent an important path to achieving agricultural and rural modernization. As a key region for national flower and plant e-commerce, Shuyang has made remarkable progress in terms of economic scale, industrial structure, and innovative practices. However, the industry faces challenges such as lagging technological application, inadequate industrial collaboration, a lack of institutional norms, and a shortage of skilled personnel, which hinder its critical transition from scale expansion to value enhancement. Thus, the study proposes a development path adapted to the digital ecosystem through four dimensions: technological driving, industrial collaboration, policy support, and talent cultivation. By exploring the “small industry, large ecosystem” development model, it aims to promote the high-quality development of Shuyang’s flower and plant e-commerce and provide a replicable, valuable reference for characteristic industries in counties nationwide.
