Study on Nursing Prevention and Control of Deep Venous Thrombosis in ICU Patients

摘要: 本研究基于循证护理理念，构建精准评估–智能预警–分层干预–全程管理的ICU深静脉血栓(DVT)护理防控体系。通过引入信息化风险评估工具、改良机械预防技术及多模式早期活动方案，探讨适合ICU危重症患者的DVT防控新路径。研究显示，系统化的循证护理干预可使ICU患者DVT发生率降低51.3%，且未增加出血风险，为临床提供了可推广的标准化护理方案。

Abstract: Based on the concept of evidence-based nursing, this study constructed a nursing prevention and control system of ICU deep venous thrombosis (DVT) with precise evaluation-intelligent early warning-stratified intervention-whole process management. Through the introduction of information risk assessment tools, improved mechanical prevention techniques and multi-mode early activity programs, a new path for DVT prevention and control suitable for critically ill patients in ICU was explored. Studies have shown that systematic evidence-based nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of DVT in ICU patients by 51.3% without increasing the risk of bleeding, providing a standardized nursing program that can be promoted in clinical practice.
