外阴疣状癌一例并文献复习

摘要: 患者，女性，76岁，以“发现外阴赘生物7月”为主诉入院。在完善相关检查并排除手术禁忌症后，给予患者外阴局部扩大切除术对症治疗，术后结合患者临床表现及辅助检查结果，诊断为外阴疣状癌。患者术后恢复良好，随访半年无复发转移。因有关外阴疣状癌的报道较少，因此本文就该病的病因、诊断及治疗方法进行探讨。
Abstract: A 76-year-old female patient was admitted to our hospital with the chief complaint of “discovering a vulvar neoplasm for 7 months”. After completing relevant examinations and excluding surgical contraindications, the patient underwent extended local vulvectomy. Postoperative diagnosis of vulvar verrucous carcinoma was confirmed based on clinical manifestations and auxiliary examination results. The patient recovered well with no recurrence or metastasis during 6 months of follow-up. Due to limited reports on vulvar verrucous carcinoma, this article discusses the etiology, diagnosis, and treatment strategies for this disease.
