“肺–肠轴”理论及“肺肠同治”在急性呼吸窘迫综合征诊疗中的应用

Exploring the Application of “Simultaneously Treating the Lung and Intestine” in ARDS Therapy Based on the “Lung-Gut Axis” Theory

摘要: 本文结合中医经典理论和中医经典典籍中关于“肺与大肠相表里”的记载，收集近年来研究肺与大肠相关性的组织胚胎学、微生态学、免疫学等方面的文献，从“肺–肠轴”分析解读急性呼吸窘迫综合征(Acute respiratory distress syndrome, ARDS)的病理变化，并结合基于“肺–肠轴”的“肺肠同治”中医药治疗ARDS方面的相关文献，探讨“肺–肠轴”理论和“肺肠同治”思想在中医药治疗ARDS领域的应用。

Abstract: Drawing on classical Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theory and canonical texts documenting the “lung and large intestine being interior-exteriorly related,” this paper reviews recent literature—spanning histo-embryology, microecology, and immunology—that explores lung–gut interactions. From the perspective of the “lung-gut axis,” it analyzes and interprets the pathological changes in acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). In parallel, it surveys TCM studies that apply the therapeutic principle of “simultaneously treating the lung and intestine” based on the lung–gut axis, thereby examining how this axis and the integrated treatment concept can be employed in TCM management of ARDS.
