杭锡莞中小企业数字化转型实践的比较分析

摘要: 在全球经济一体化进程持续深化与数字技术迭代创新的双重驱动下,作为推动经济高质量发展的重要微观主体,中小企业的数字化转型是其适应市场环境变迁的战略选择。本研究选取杭州、无锡、东莞等具有代表性的区域经济样本,采用比较分析方法,深入探究中小企业数字化转型的实施路径与成效。研究发现,政府层面的制度性支持体系与企业层面的能力构建共同构成了推动数字化转型的双轮驱动机制,最后通过三地企业数字化转型的经验总结及比较,得出对其他城市中小企业数字化转型的经验借鉴和启示。
Abstract: Driven by the deepening process of global economic integration and the iterative innovation of digital technologies, the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), as crucial micro-entities promoting high-quality economic development, represents a strategic choice for adapting to market environmental changes. This study selects representative regional economic samples from Hangzhou, Wuxi, and Dongguan, employing comparative analysis methods to thoroughly investigate the implementation pathways and effectiveness of digital transformation in SMEs. The research finds that the institutional support system at the government level and the capacity building at the enterprise level together constitute a dual-drive mechanism for promoting digital transformation. Finally, through summarizing and comparing the experiences of digital transformation in enterprises across these three cities, the study provides insights and references for the digital transformation of SMEs in other cities.
