A企业研发人员薪酬体系优化研究
Research on the Optimization of the Compensation System for R&D Personnel in Enterprise A
摘要: 我国经济高速发展,科技是提升实力的关键。在激烈的经济竞争中,吸引和保留高技术人才是企业管理的核心。许多企业,特别是高新技术企业,忽视了薪酬体系对人才的重要性,采用单一薪酬体系,这不利于激发研发人员的积极性和创造性。构建科学合理的薪酬体系对吸引和激励人才至关重要。A企业作为大庆的高新技术企业,其薪酬满意度研究具有代表性。本文通过调查问卷的方式分析研发人员薪酬满意度,发现该企业薪酬体系存在诸多问题。针对这些问题,结合企业实际情况,提出了优化方案,以增强市场竞争力。
Abstract: China’s economy is developing at a high speed, and science and technology are the key to enhancing its strength. In the fierce economic competition, attracting and retaining high-tech talents is the core of enterprise management. Many enterprises, especially high-tech ones, have neglected the importance of the salary system to talents and adopted a single salary system, which is not conducive to stimulating the enthusiasm and creativity of R&D personnel. Constructing a scientific and reasonable salary system is crucial for attracting and motivating talents. As a high-tech enterprise in Daqing, Enterprise A is representative in the research on salary satisfaction. This paper analyzes the salary satisfaction of R&D personnel through questionnaires and finds that there are many problems in the salary system of the enterprise. In view of these problems, combined with the actual situation of the enterprise, an optimization plan is proposed to enhance its market competitiveness.
