老年心血管疾病住院患者跌倒警觉度现状及影响因素分析

摘要: 目的：探究老年心血管疾病住院患者的跌倒警觉性现状，并分析其影响因素。方法：以湖南省张家界市某三级甲等医院的心内科一、二、三病区住院的老年心血管疾病患者为调研对象。采用便利抽样方法，于2024年1月~2025年1月进行调查，调查内容包括一般资料调查表、跌倒警觉度量表、跌倒风险自评量表。结果：老年心血管疾病住院患者跌倒警觉度总分为(58.93 ± 5.22)分，跌倒风险、高龄是老年心血管疾病住院患者跌倒警觉度的影响因素(P < 0.001)。结论：老年心血管疾病住院患者跌倒警觉度总分处于较高水平，临床医护人员应根据老年心血管疾病住院患者跌倒警觉度的影响因素，制定个性化的干预措施，提高患者的跌倒警觉度，进而降低院内跌倒事件的发生。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the current status of fall awareness among elderly inpatients with cardiovascular diseases and analyze its influencing factors. Methods: Elderly inpatients with cardiovascular diseases from the first, second, and third wards of the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine in a tertiary-level Class A hospital in Zhangjiajie City, Hunan Province were selected as the research subjects. A convenience sampling method was used for the investigation, which was conducted from January 2024 to January 2025. The survey included a general information questionnaire, a fall awareness scale, and a self-assessment scale for fall risk. Results: The total score of fall awareness among elderly inpatients with cardiovascular diseases was (58.93 ± 5.22) points. Fall risk and advanced age were identified as influencing factors of fall awareness among elderly inpatients with cardiovascular diseases (P < 0.001). Conclusion: The total score of fall awareness among elderly inpatients with cardiovascular diseases is at a relatively high level. Clinical medical staff should develop personalized intervention measures based on the influencing factors of fall awareness among elderly inpatients with cardiovascular diseases to enhance their fall awareness and thereby reduce the occurrence of in-hospital falls.
