数智时代基于校企合作的翻译专业本科生翻译能力培养研究

On Cultivating Translation Competence of Undergraduate Students Majoring in Translation Based on University-Enterprise Cooperation in the Era of Digital Intelligence

摘要: 数智时代，如何深化校企合作，促进实践教学，培养翻译专业本科生翻译能力，更好地服务国家发展战略，是当前翻译教育研究的重要议题。本文通过对一所理工类高校翻译专业学生的问卷调查、访谈，以及对相关实习基地负责人的访谈，发现翻译专业本科生翻译能力中双语能力与策略能力有一定基础，而工具能力和超语言能力则亟待提升；学生通过实习实践提升了综合能力，激发了学习动力，同时实习中也遇到一些困难。基于这一现状，本文建议高校充分利用企业资源优化翻译教学内容，拓展校内外翻译实践机会，促进校企反馈联动，进而提升实践教学质量，促进翻译专业本科生翻译能力的培养，为中国文化走出去、中国企业走向世界提供人才储备。

Abstract: In the era of digital intelligence, it is one of the hot topics that what we are supposed to do to cultivate the translation competence of undergraduate students majoring in translation by deepening university-enterprise cooperation to better serve national development strategies. Questionnaires and interviews with students majoring in translation at a polytechnic university, as well as interviews with the heads of relevant internship bases, reveal that students possess a certain foundation in bilingual and strategic competencies but they are weak at instrumental and extralinguistic abilities. Through internships and practical experiences, students have enhanced their comprehensive abilities and motivated their learning drive, while also encountering some difficulties during their internships. Based on this current situation, this paper proposes that universities fully utilize enterprise resources to optimize translation teaching content, expand translation practice opportunities both inside and outside the campus, and promote feedback interaction between universities and enterprises. This, in turn, will enhance the quality of practical teaching and facilitate the cultivation of translation competence of students. Ultimately, this will provide a talent pool for the promotion of Chinese culture internationally and the globalization of Chinese enterprises.
