一例韩国游客跨文化照护下急性心肌梗死急诊PCI围术期个案护理
Perioperative Case-Based Care of Acute Myocardial Infarction Emergency PCI in a Korean Tourist under Cross-Cultural Care
摘要: 本文回顾分析1例韩国游客突发急性下壁心肌梗死急诊PCI术后的护理实践。护理要点：护理围绕跨文化场景，针对语言障碍，通过翻译工具及图示沟通确保术后注意事项传递；关注其因术后疼痛、陌生环境产生的焦虑，通过叙事护理给予心理疏导；结合韩国饮食偏好，定制术后低脂低糖饮食方案；同步做好心电监护、预防便秘及穿刺部位护理。经过治疗及护理，患者术后恢复良好并顺利回国。
Abstract: This paper reviews and analyzes the nursing practice of a case of a Korean tourist with sudden acute inferior wall myocardial infarction after emergency PCI. Nursing key points: Nursing care was centered around cross-cultural scenarios, to address language barriers, ensuring the transmission of postoperative precautions through translation tools and icon communication; focusing on his anxiety due to postoperative pain and unfamiliar environment, and giving him psychological guidance through narrative nursing; customizing postoperative low-fat and low-sugar dietary regimen by combining with Korean dietary preferences; and synchronizing with cardiac monitoring, preventing constipation, and puncture site care. After treatment and care, the patient recovered well and returned home successfully.
