The Application of and Its Implications in Contemporary Enterprise Management of the Ideology of “Governance” in The Analects of Confucius

摘要: 本文以行动者网络理论为分析工具，对《论语》中的“为政”思想进行分析，探索“德”“礼”等核心概念在转译过程中的互动转变机理，揭示儒家“为政”行动者–网络在实践过程中的行动者与非人行动者的交互作用；并结合当代平台经济案例分析儒家治理与当代企业管理的跨时空耦合性；突破传统政治哲学解释儒学文化的范式，为儒家文化的现代转译探索新路径的可能性；同时关注在技术治理的过程中警惕价值简约化的倾向，为构建人本导向的数字治理体系提供理论参照。

Abstract: Taking actor-network theory as an analytical tool, this paper analyzes the idea of “governance” in the Analects, explores the interactive transformation mechanism of the core concepts of “virtue” and ‘propriety’ in the process of translation, and reveals the interaction between actors and non-human actors in the practice of Confucian “governance” actor-network; and analyzes Confucian governance and contemporary corporate management in the context of contemporary platform economy cases. We analyze the mechanism of interactive transformation of the core concepts of “virtue” and ‘propriety’ in the process of translation, and reveal the interaction between actors and non-human actors in the process of the Confucian “governance” actor-network in the process of practice; we also analyze the inter-temporal coupling between the Confucian governance and the contemporary enterprise management with the case of the platform economy in contemporary times and spaces; we break through the paradigm of the traditional political philosophy in interpreting the Confucian culture, and explore the possibility of a new path for the modern translation of Confucian culture. It also focuses on the tendency to be wary of value simplification in the process of technological governance, and provides theoretical references for the construction of a human-oriented digital governance system.
