摘要: 在数字经济与媒体融合快速发展的浪潮中，社会对高质量传媒内容与服务的需求日益提升，乘着互联网的东风，传媒专业人才的培养成为推动行业创新发展和人才队伍建设的关键。国家相关部门持续出台政策鼓励高校深化教育改革，为传媒教育的发展指明了方向。高等职业院校作为传媒领域技术技能型人才的重要输送阵地，肩负着培养适应行业需求人才的重要使命，同时也面临着传媒行业快速变革所带来的机遇与挑战。本文旨在探讨产教融合背景下传媒专业在人才培养模式上的探索与实践，通过分析传媒专业产教融合发展现状、趋势，创新人才培养模式。

Abstract: In the tide of the rapid development of the digital economy and media convergence, society’s demand for high-quality media content and services is increasingly rising. Riding on the east wind of the Internet, the cultivation of media professionals has become a key factor in promoting the innovative development of the industry and the construction of talent teams. Relevant national departments have continuously issued policies to encourage colleges and universities to deepen educational reforms, pointing out the direction for the development of media education. As an important base for cultivating technical and skilled talents in the media field, higher vocational colleges shoulder the important mission of training talents who meet the needs of the industry, and at the same time face opportunities and challenges brought by the rapid changes in the media industry. This paper aims to explore the exploration and practice of media majors in talent training models under the background of industry-education integration, and innovate talent training models by analyzing the current situation and trends of the development of industry-education integration in media majors.
