闹市区大断面跨河桥拆除技术
Techniques for the Large Section River Bridge Demolition in Downtown
摘要:
针对闹市区传统拆除大段面跨河桥梁存在噪音及杨尘大,拆除风险高等问题。本文提供了一种更有效、更安全地适应断面大、切割后重量较重的大断面混凝土箱梁拆除技术。该拆除技术通过对桥梁0号块进行加固,采用分块静力切割方法并配备专用钢结构吊具,保证了拆除过程中桥梁结构安全性及周边环境友好性。
Abstract: In view of noise, fugitive dust and high risk existing in the demolition of the large section river bridge by using traditional removal techniques, this paper provides a more effective and safer demolition technique to adapt to the large section, heavier weight of concrete box girde bridge. The technique consists of strengthening the zero block, static cutting method and equipping with a special steel spreader, it guarantees the safety of the structure and the environmental friendliness in the process of bridge demolition.
