论饮食文化语境中“汉维”语码混合的特点及成因
On the Characteristics and Causes of “Han-Uyghur” Code Mixing in the Context of Dietary Culture
摘要: 新疆是一个多民族聚居的地方,在长期的历史发展过程中形成了独特的饮食文化。饮食文化不仅是物质生活的体现,也是文化交流的重要载体。随着各民族之间的相互交流、交往、交融,维吾尔语与汉语之间的语码混合现象在饮食文化中日益显著,即在维吾尔语句子结构中嵌入汉语的词汇或短语,针对这一现象,本文对汉维语码混合的特点与成因进行了研究,希望研究这一现象有助于理解语言与文化之间的互动关系,并为跨文化交流提供新的视角。
Abstract: Xinjiang is a place where multiple ethnic groups live together. During the long historical development process, a unique food culture has been formed. Food culture is not only a manifestation of material life but also an important carrier of cultural exchange. With the mutual communication, interaction and integration among different ethnic groups, the phenomenon of code-mixing between Uyghur and Chinese in food culture has become increasingly prominent, that is, embedding Chinese words or phrases in Uyghur sentence structures. In response to this phenomenon, this paper studies the characteristics and causes of code-mixing between Chinese and Uyghur, hoping that the research on this phenomenon will help to understand the interaction between language and culture and provide a new perspective for cross-cultural communication.
