重庆市临床医生青少年及成人百日咳防治知识知晓率及影响因素分析
Analysis of Awareness Rate and Influencing Factors of Pertussis Prevention and Treatment Knowledge among Adolescents and Adults in Chongqing
摘要: 目的:评估重庆市临床医生对青少年及成人百日咳防治知识的掌握情况,分析其相关影响因素。方法:通过随机抽样选取重庆市主城区及区县各级医疗机构的临床医生作为研究对象,自行设计编制结构化问卷,通过链接或扫描二维码方式开展匿名横断面调查,分析探讨影响临床医生对青少年及成人百日咳防治知识知晓率的相关因素。结果:本次调查回收有效问卷224份。百日咳防治基本知识知晓率为62.50%;专业知识单选题平均答对题目数为2.54 ± 0.98道,正确率为63.06%;专业知识多选题平均答对题目数为4.40 ± 2.26道,正确率为55.02%;全部题目答对人数有2人。结论:研究表明,重庆市临床医生对百日咳防治知识的掌握存在临床工作年限差异,高年资医生更为熟知百日咳,总体上临床医生对百日咳的熟悉程度较低,其认知存在滞后。
Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the knowledge of clinical doctors in Chongqing regarding the prevention and control of pertussis in adolescents and adults, and to analyze the related influencing factors. Methods: A stratified random sampling method was used to select clinical doctors from various medical institutions in the main urban area and districts of Chongqing as research subjects. A structured questionnaire was designed and distributed through links or QR codes to conduct an anonymous cross-sectional survey, aiming to explore the factors influencing the knowledge level of clinical doctors about pertussis prevention and control. Results: A total of 224 valid questionnaires were collected. The basic knowledge awareness rate was 62.50%; the average number of correct answers for single-choice professional questions was 2.54 ± 0.98, with a correct rate of 63.06%; the average number of correct answers for multiple-choice professional questions was 4.40 ± 2.26, with a correct rate of 55.02%; only 2 participants answered all questions correctly. Conclusion: The study indicates that the knowledge level of clinical doctors in Chongqing about pertussis prevention and control varies with clinical work experience, with senior doctors being more familiar with pertussis. Overall, the familiarity of clinical doctors with pertussis is low, and their understanding is lagging.
