师生协同如何重构公共管理案例教学——基于主体互动与知识共创的路径探索
How Can Teacher-Student Collaboration Reconstruct Public Management Case Teaching—An Exploration of the Path Based on Subject Interaction and Knowledge Co-Creation
摘要: 案例教学是适应公共管理应用型人才培养的重要教学方法,但当前公共管理专业教学仍面临本土案例匮乏、学生参与不足、教师引导能力有限等问题。本文基于建构主义和协同治理理论,提出以“师生协同”模式来重构案例教学机制,并尝试构建“角色–流程–资源”三维协同模型,结合具体实践,分析教师与学生通过角色重构、案例教学流程优化和教学资源整合对提升公共管理教学效果的具体路径,为持续优化公共管理教学和完善人才培养模式提供有益借鉴。
Abstract: Case teaching is an important teaching method for cultivating applied talents in public management. However, current public management teaching still faces problems such as a lack of local cases, insufficient student participation, and limited teacher guidance ability. Based on constructivism and collaborative governance theory, this article proposes to reconstruct the case teaching mechanism through the “teacher-student collaboration” model, and attempts to construct a three-dimensional collaborative model of “role process resource”. Combined with specific practice, it analyzes the specific path for teachers and students to improve the effectiveness of public management teaching through role reconstruction, case teaching process optimization, and teaching resource integration, providing useful references for continuously optimizing public management teaching and improving talent training models.
