寒火咳嗽方治疗急性气管–支气管炎咳嗽(寒热夹杂证)的临床疗效观察
Observation of the Clinical Efficacy of Cold Fire Cough Formula in the Treatment of Acute Tracheal Bronchial Cough (Cold Heat Mixed Syndrome)
摘要: 目的：研究观察寒火咳嗽方治疗急性气管–支气管炎咳嗽(寒热夹杂证)的临床治疗效果。方法：选取广元市中医医院呼吸与危重医学科2022年11月至2024年10月诊治的100例急性气管–支气管炎咳嗽(寒热夹杂证)患者，以随机数表法分为对照组与观察组，各组例数均为50例。其中对照组采取西医常规治疗，观察组则在此基础上实施寒火咳嗽方治疗。研究分析两组咳嗽缓解时间、咳嗽缓解率以及治疗前后中医证候积分等方面的临床治疗效果。结果：观察组咳嗽缓解时间(4.17 ± 1.09 d vs 6.38 ± 2.43分)短于对照组，治疗后主治症候积分(2.67 ± 0.89分 vs 3.31 ± 1.09分)、次症症候积分(1.02 ± 0.34分 vs 2.97 ± 094分)均低于对照组，咳嗽缓解率(94.00% vs 80.00%)高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。观察组治疗有效率(80.00% vs 66.00%)明显高于对照组，差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。结论：对急性气管–支气管炎咳嗽(寒热夹杂证)患者实施寒火咳嗽方治疗，可明显减轻其咳嗽等不适症状，持续提高咳嗽缓解率与疗效。
Abstract: Objective: To study and observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Cold Fire Cough Formula in the treatment of acute tracheal bronchial cough (cold heat mixed syndrome). Method: 100 patients with acute tracheal bronchial cough (cold heat mixed syndrome) treated in the Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine Department of Guangyuan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from November 2022 to October 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment, while the observation group received treatment with the Cold Fire Cough Formula on this basis. Research and analyze the clinical treatment effects of two groups on cough relief time, cough relief rate, and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment. Result: The cough relief time of the observation group (4.17 ± 1.09 days vs. 6.38 ± 2.43 points) was shorter than that of the control group. After treatment, the main symptom score (2.67 ± 0.89 points vs. 3.31 ± 1.09 points) and secondary symptom score (1.02 ± 0.34 points vs. 2.97 ± 094 points) were lower than those of the control group. The cough relief rate (94.00% vs. 80.00%) was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The effective rate of treatment in the observation group (80.00% vs 66.00%) was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of the Cold Fire Cough Formula for patients with acute tracheal bronchial cough (mixed cold and heat syndrome) can significantly alleviate their discomfort symptoms such as cough, and continuously improve the cough relief rate and efficacy.
