中医五态人格特征与女性妇科疾病的关系探讨

摘要: 目的：探讨中医五态人格与女性妇科疾病的关系。现有多个研究提示，五态人格特征与女性妇科疾病存在显著关系，如多囊卵巢综合征患者、复发性流产患者和子宫内膜异位症的证型与五态人格维度之间存在显著相关性，尤其是太阴人格维度对证型的影响最为明显；原发性痛经太阳得分较全国常模组低，太阴得分较全国常模组高。少阳、阴阳平和、少阴维度差异不明显。子宫内膜息肉患者中，太阴维度得分高于全国女性常模，少阴、太阴维度的得分低于全国女性常模。更年期时各类症状表现和人格特征间关联紧密，其中太阴人格对更年期症状的影响最为显著。五态人格和中医证型的分布并无关联，但和中医体质存在一定联系。太阴人格在月经过少患者群体中得分越高，其体质越容易趋向于偏颇体质。其中太阴人格与气郁质关系最密切。结论：多囊卵巢综合征、复发性流产、子宫内膜异位症、子宫内膜息肉、更年期和月经过少患者的中医证型(体质)分布与五态人格太阴方面有相关性。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the relationship between the five States of personality in traditional Chinese medicine and gynecological diseases in women. Several existing studies suggest that the five personality traits have a significant relationship with gynecological diseases in women. For instance, there is a significant correlation between the syndrome types of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, recurrent miscarriage, and endometriosis and the five personality dimensions, especially the influence of the Taiyin personality dimension on the syndrome types is the most obvious. The score of Taiyang for primary dysmenorrhea was lower than that of the national norm group, while the score of Taiyin was higher than that of the national norm group. The differences in the dimensions of Shaoyang, Yin-Yang balance, and Shaoyin are not obvious. Among patients with endometrial polyps, the score of the Taiyin dimension is higher than the national female norm, while the scores of the shaoyin and Taiyin dimensions are lower than the national female norm. The various symptoms and personality traits during menopause are closely related, among which the influence of the Taiyin personality on menopausal symptoms is the most significant. The Five-state personality has no connection with the distribution of TCM syndrome types, but it has a certain connection with TCM constitution. The higher the score of the Taiyin personality in the group of patients with scanty menstruation, the more likely their constitution is to tend towards a biased constitution. Among them, the Taiyin personality is most closely related to the qi stagnation constitution. Conclusion: The distribution of TCM syndrome types (constitutions) in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, recurrent miscarriage, endometriosis, endometrial polyps, menopause and oligomenorrhea is correlated with the Taiyin aspect of the five-state personality.
