心身性皮肤病的“形神共治”：理论基础与临床实践
The “Form-Spirit Co-Management” of Psychosomatic Dermatoses: Theoretical Basis and Clinical Practice
摘要: 心身性皮肤病是一类躯体症状与心理因素密切相关的疾病，其发生发展受心理–神经–免疫–内分泌网络调控。本文综述其定义、分类及常见类型(如神经性皮炎、慢性荨麻疹等)的临床表现与诊断，阐述“形神共治”理念下心理疏导、药物治疗及中医干预结合的综合策略，分析临床实践中认知不足、治疗单一等挑战，展望多学科交叉及人工智能技术应用的发展方向，为临床诊疗提供指导。
Abstract: Psychosomatic dermatoses are a group of diseases in which somatic symptoms are closely related to psychological factors, and their development is regulated by psycho-neuro-immune-endocrine network. In this paper, we review its definition, classification, clinical manifestations and diagnosis of common types (e.g., neurodermatitis, chronic urticaria, etc.), describe the comprehensive strategy of combining psychological guidance, pharmacological treatment, and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) interventions under the concept of “Shape and Spirit Co-Treatment,” analyze the challenges of insufficient knowledge and single treatment in clinical practice, and look forward to the development direction of multidisciplinary intersection and application of artificial intelligence technology to provide guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
