摘要: 当前我国经济社会迅猛发展，招投标市场规模持续增大，招标采购正处于从扩大增量向提高质量转变的关键时期。在“互联网+”的时代背景下，很多公立医院若要实现体制机制改革、实现管理模式从粗放型向精细化转变，就要充分运用“互联网+”招标采购，推动市场大数据充分聚合，实现招标采购的精细化管理，以招标采购高质量发展助推中国式现代化。文章通过探讨公立医院招标采购精细化管理的意义及具体举措，提出“互联网+”背景下实现公立医院精细化管理的路径探讨。

Abstract: Currently, due to the rapid growth of China’s economy and society, the bidding market is experiencing a continuous expansion in scale, and bidding and procurement are at a critical juncture of transitioning from growth through incremental expansion to enhancement of quality. In the context of the “Internet+” era, for numerous public hospitals seeking to accomplish institutional reforms and facilitate the transition from extensive to refined management approaches, it becomes imperative to leverage “Internet+” bidding and procurement. This enables the comprehensive aggregation of market big data, enables sophisticated bidding and procurement management, and fosters the high-quality development of bidding and procurement, thereby promoting Chinese-style modernization. This paper delves into the importance and specific strategies of enhancing the management of public hospital bidding and procurement. Furthermore, it proposes a trajectory for achieving refined public hospital management in the context of “Internet+”.
