Problems and Innovative Practical Paths of Modern Apprenticeship in Higher Vocational Education

摘要: 现代学徒制连接高校和企业，以校企共育、工学交替模式助力高素质技能型人才成长，对破解人才供需矛盾意义重大。但其当前在高职院校推进中面临制度梗阻、企业参与动力不足、课程滞后、培养标准缺失等问题。为此，应从完善法律法规、激发企业积极性、构建适配课程与师资、推进标准化建设等方面优化，推动职业教育向质量增值转型。

Abstract: Modern apprenticeship connects universities and enterprises, promoting the growth of high-quality skilled talents through a model of co-education by schools and enterprises, and alternating work and study. It is of great significance for resolving the contradiction between the supply and demand of talent. However, at present, the promotion of higher vocational colleges is confronted with problems such as institutional obstruction, insufficient participation motivation of enterprises, lagging courses, and the absence of training standards. To this end, efforts should be made to optimize aspects such as improving laws and regulations, stimulating the enthusiasm of enterprises, building suitable courses and teaching staff, and promoting standardization construction, so as to drive the transformation of vocational education towards quality value-added.
