基于OBE理念的创新创业课程思政有效性提升策略——以《创业能力》为例
Strategies for Enhancing the Effectiveness of Ideological and Political Education in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Courses Based on the OBE Concept—Taking “Entrepreneurial Ability” as an Example
摘要: 创新创业教育作为培养时代新人的重要抓手,加快课程教学中的思政建设,是对立德树人根本任务的积极响应。近年来,基于OBE理念的双创课程思政教学模式探索成为学者的关注重点。为此,以BGA示范课程《创业能力》为例,探索基于OBE理念的创新创业课程思政有效性提升策略。研究发现,当前《创业能力》课程思政建设存在思政元素挖掘零散、思政元素融入课堂的方式缺乏灵活性、缺乏一定的育人效果衡量标准等问题。可基于OBE理念从目标体系设计、教学模式重构、课程思政有效性评价三方面着手,促进《创业能力》课程思政有效性提升,为培养具有卓越创业能力和高尚道德情操的创新创业人才贡献力量。
Abstract: Innovation and entrepreneurship education, as an important tool for cultivating new talents in the era, accelerates the ideological and political construction in curriculum teaching, which is a positive response to firmly implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents. In recent years, the exploration of ideological and political teaching models for entrepreneurship and innovation courses based on the OBE concept has become a focus of attention for scholars. Therefore, taking the BGA demonstration course “Entrepreneurial Ability” as an example, this study explores strategies for enhancing the ideological and political effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship courses based on the OBE concept. Research has found that there are problems with the current ideological and political construction of the “Entrepreneurship Ability” course, such as scattered exploration of ideological and political elements, a lack of flexibility in integrating ideological and political elements into the classroom, and a lack of certain standards for measuring educational effectiveness. Based on the OBE concept, efforts can be made to improve the ideological and political effectiveness of the “Entrepreneurial Ability” course from three aspects: goal system design, teaching mode reconstruction, and evaluation of the course’s ideological and political effectiveness. This will contribute to the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents with outstanding entrepreneurial abilities and noble moral sentiments.
