摘要: 结肠镜检查作为结直肠疾病诊断与筛查的核心手段,其诊断准确性和操作安全性高度依赖于肠道准备质量。高质量的肠道准备能够显著提高腺瘤检出率,降低漏诊风险,同时减少操作时间和患者不适。近年来,国内外学者围绕肠道准备的方案优化、影响因素识别、预测模型构建及新型辅助技术应用开展了大量研究,推动了该领域的快速发展。本文将系统梳理国内外相关研究进展,采用总分总结构,以“现状–影响因素–优化策略–预测模型与人工智能应用”为逻辑主线,深入分析当前研究成果与不足,为临床实践和未来研究提供参考。
Abstract: Colonoscopy, as the core method for the diagnosis and screening of colorectal diseases, highly depends on the quality of bowel preparation for its diagnostic accuracy and operational safety. High-quality bowel preparation can significantly increase the detection rate of adenomas, reduce the risk of missed diagnosis, and also shorten the operation time and alleviate patient discomfort. In recent years, scholars at home and abroad have conducted extensive research on the optimization of bowel preparation protocols, identification of influencing factors, construction of predictive models, and application of new auxiliary technologies, which has promoted the rapid development of this field. This article will systematically review the research progress at home and abroad, adopting a total-part-total structure, with the logical thread of “current situation—influencing factors—optimization strategies—predictive models and artificial intelligence applications”, to deeply analyze the current research achievements and deficiencies, providing references for clinical practice and future research.
