绿色供应链管理中负责任采购的分析
Analysis of Responsible Purchasing in Green Supply Chain Management
摘要: 企业社会责任,既是理论研究的焦点,也是实践探索的难点。近年来,随着全球气候变化等重大挑战接连涌现,企业在应对危机、重塑经济韧性过程中扮演的角色日益凸显,这也将企业社会责任(CSR)推向了公众视野。在企业履行社会责任实践过程中,责任供应链管理无疑是当今企业发展所需和所面临的难题,特别是从上游供应商出发就完全有必要强化环保和负责任的意识。当企业采购面临在两种供应商类型之间做选择:有风险的供应商成本较低,但可能会违反社会责任;负责任的供应商成本高,但遵守环境和社会责任标准,企业是需要谨慎思考的。如今,已经有一部分具备社会意识的消费者愿意为来自负责任供应商的产品支付更高的价格,并在可能违反责任的情况下选择不购买来自有风险供应商的产品,如此来自负责任采购的产品可以满足部分消费者需求,并获得可观收益。所以,负责任采购之于企业各方面的发展是有益的,本文最后以沃尔玛为主案例进行分析,总结出企业负责任采购的实施策略。
Abstract: Corporate social responsibility is not only the focus of theoretical research but also a difficulty in practical exploration. In recent years, with major challenges such as global climate change emerging one after another, the role that enterprises play in responding to crises and rebuilding economic resilience has become increasingly prominent, which has also brought corporate social responsibility (CSR) into the public eye. In the process of enterprises fulfilling their social responsibilities, green supply chain management is undoubtedly a problem that enterprises need and face in their development today. Especially from the perspective of upstream suppliers, it is completely necessary to strengthen their awareness of environmental protection and responsibility. When enterprises are faced with the choice between two types of suppliers in purchase: risky suppliers have lower costs, but they may violate social responsibility; Responsible suppliers are costly, but when it comes to adhering to environmental and social responsibility standards, enterprises need to think carefully. Nowadays, some socially conscious consumers are willing to pay a higher price for products from responsible suppliers and, in cases where they may violate their responsibilities, choose to purchase products from suppliers with their own risks. Thus, products from responsible purchasing can meet the needs of some consumers and bring considerable profits. Therefore, responsible purchasing is beneficial to the overall development of enterprises. In this paper, we will analyze the case of Walmart as the main example and summarize the implementation strategies for enterprises’ responsible purchasing.
