贺兰山东麓产区砾石土壤酿酒葡萄园机械设备的引进及改造
Introduction and Renovation of Mechanical Equipment for Gravel Soil Wine Vineyards in the Eastern Foothills of Helan Mountain Production Area
摘要: 砾石土壤由于砾石含量高,一般商品化的葡萄园机械材质不符合砾石土壤作业条件,作业过程中磨损频繁,不仅维修成本高,而且作业效率低。为提高贺兰山东麓产区砾石土壤酿酒葡萄园的生产效率,降低生产成本,中粮长城葡萄酒(宁夏)有限公司通过多年实践,自行制作或引进改进了适合砾石土壤葡萄园各项工序作业的配套机械设备。不仅提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本,在很大程度上推进了砾石土壤葡萄园机械化的发展。本文主要介绍了砾石土壤葡萄园配套的双面埋藤机械、双面出土机机械、葡萄行内除草机械、葡萄行间除草机械、葡萄行间割草机械、葡萄行间碎枝机械及植保机械的应用技术。
Abstract: Gravel soil, due to its high gravel content, generally does not meet the operating conditions of commercial vineyard machinery. During the operation, it is frequently worn out, resulting in high maintenance costs and low operating efficiency. In order to improve the production efficiency of gravel soil wine vineyards in the eastern foothills of Helan Mountain and reduce production costs, COFCO Great Wall Wine (Ningxia) Co., Ltd. has independently produced or introduced improved supporting mechanical equipment suitable for various processes of gravel soil vineyards through years of practice. This not only improves production efficiency and reduces production costs, but also greatly promotes the development of mechanization in gravel soil vineyards. This article mainly introduces the application technologies of double-sided vine burying machinery, double-sided digging machinery, grape row weed removal machinery, grape row inter row weed removal machinery, grape row inter row grass cutting machinery, grape row inter branch crushing machinery, and plant protection machinery for gravel soil vineyards.
