我国都市阳台蔬菜关键养护技术现状

Current Status of Key Cultivation Management Techniques for Urban Balcony Vegetable Production in China

摘要: 阳台蔬菜，既是构建都市居民阳台园艺的一种重要生活形式，又是室内设计、新奇特蔬菜品种的推广应用、无土栽培、科普教育、低碳与环保等方面的有机融合，形成高度立体集成效益的现代新型发展业态，更是推动都市农业经济实现可持续稳定发展至关重要的努力领域之一，呈现出蓬勃发展的积极态势。本文从蔬菜种类选择、种植模式和栽培管理技术等方面，分析了我国都市阳台蔬菜产业现状，提出了“一条完整的阳台蔬菜产业链，必然需要完善的配套服务体系”的建议，以期为阳台农业的发展提供参考，也为城市绿化拓宽思路。

Abstract: Balcony vegetable gardening, as a key lifestyle practice for urban residents, combines interior design, the promotion of novel vegetable varieties, soilless cultivation, science education, and low-carbon environmental initiatives. It represents a highly integrated and innovative development model, serving as a vital driver for the sustainable and stable growth of the urban agricultural economy, and is currently experiencing vigorous expansion. This paper examines the current status of China’s urban balcony vegetable industry from perspectives such as conceptual frameworks, crop selection, planting models, and cultivation techniques. It proposes that ‘a complete balcony vegetable industry chain necessitates a well-developed supporting service system’, offering insights to advance balcony agriculture and expand urban greening strategies.
