摘要: 下肢深静脉血栓(Deep Venous Thrombosis, DVT)是一种严重的血管疾病,其主要表现为下肢静脉内血栓的形成,这可能导致血流受阻,甚至引发肺栓塞(Pulmonary embolism, PE)等严重并发症。因此,腔内治疗在处理这一疾病中扮演着至关重要的角色,显示出良好的前景。腔内治疗主要包括导管直接溶栓术、机械性血栓清除术以及支架植入术等技术手段。本文的主要目的是详细探讨DVT的腔内治疗所具有的重要性,介绍其主要的技术手段,总结其主要的更新和证据基础,并且概述最新的研究进展。
Abstract: Deep Venous Thrombosis (DVT) in the lower limbs is a serious vascular disease characterized by the formation of venous thrombosis in the lower limbs, which can lead to blood flow obstruction and even serious complications such as pulmonary embolism (PE). Therefore, intracavitary therapy plays a crucial role in treating this disease and shows promising prospects. Endovascular therapy mainly includes techniques such as catheter direct thrombolysis, mechanical thrombus clearance, and stent implantation. The main purpose of this article is to explore in detail the importance of intracavitary therapy for DVT, introduce its main technical methods, summarize its main updates and evidence base, and summarize the latest research progress.
