A Medical Case Report on the Treatment of Ecthyma Using a Modified Combination of Simiao Yong’an Decoction and Simiao Powder

摘要: 臁疮是反复发作、迁延不愈的慢性下肢溃疡病，总结杨如意教授辨治臁疮的临证经验，将臁疮从湿、瘀、虚三方面论治，临床应用四妙勇安汤合四妙散加减治疗湿热壅盛，瘀毒阻络型臁疮一例，临床疗效极佳。

Abstract: Ecthyma (chronic lower extremity ulcers) is a recurrent and persistent chronic ulcerative disease of the lower extremities. This paper summarizes Professor Yang Ruyi’s clinical experience in differentiating and treating ecthyma by addressing it from three aspects: dampness, blood stasis, and deficiency. A case of ecthyma with the pattern of damp-heat accumulation and blood stasis-toxin obstructing the collaterals was successfully treated using a modified combination of Simiao Yong’an Decoction and Simiao Powder, demonstrating excellent clinical efficacy.
