摘要: 基于美国东部沿海过去30多年来(1977~2011)的海洋水文采样数据，介绍了基于网络GIS的可自动分析和绘制海洋温度变化及温度异常值变化的IOOS在线系统，分析和讨论了美国东部沿海在过去30多年来的海洋温度和温度异常值的变化规律和分布模式。通过数据分析，验证了海洋气候的持续升高趋势。
Abstract: Based on the collected data of the US East Coast over the last 30 years (1977 to 2011), this paper introduced the IOOS system which can automatically analyze and plot the temperature change curve and the temperature anomaly change diagram, analyzed and discussed the oceanic temperate change pattern, and verified the global climate warming trend.
