身心社灵视角下医务社工的安宁疗护角色研究

Research on the Role of Medical Social Workers in Hospice Care from the Perspective of Body, Mind, Society, and Spirit

摘要: 在当前国家大力推进健康中国建设的背景下，安宁疗护作为一种多学科协作、多团队协同下的现代化新型人文照顾关怀模式，如今逐步成为有效提升疾病终末期患者及其所处家庭生活质量的重要途径。医务社会工作者在有效推动安宁疗护发展方面逐渐成为多学科团队中的核心力量，并凭借着社会工作专业的独特优势，在推动安宁疗护发展建设方面起到了重要作用，并有效推动了传统的医学模式向“身心社灵”的全人关怀服务的这一转变实践，从而有效实现提升生命尊严以及构建社会和谐氛围的双重发展目标。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of China’s vigorous advancement of the Healthy China initiative, hospice care, as a modern and new model of humanistic care characterized by multidisciplinary and multi-team collaboration, has gradually emerged as an important approach to effectively improving the quality of life for terminally ill patients and their families. Medical social workers have increasingly become a core force within multidisciplinary teams in effectively promoting the development of hospice care. By virtue of the unique advantages of the social work profession, they have played a significant role in advancing the development and construction of hospice care. Moreover, they have effectively promoted the transformation of the traditional medical model to a “Body, Mind, Society, and Spirit” holistic care service, thereby successfully achieving the dual development goals of enhancing the dignity of life and fostering a harmonious social atmosphere.
