浅谈职业院校学生心理健康自我调节措施

摘要: 本文从心理健康定义入手,分析了职业院校学生心理健康问题的成因提出了学生从完善自我认知水平健全自我人格特征提高自身综合素质构建和谐人际关系四个方面进行自我心理调节,从而增强学生心理上自我修养、自我保健、自我调控的意识和能力逐步达到心理平衡促进心理健康 This paper analyzes the causes of mental health problems of vocational college students based on the definition of mental health, and puts forward the students’ self-regulation methods from four aspects: perfecting the level of self-awareness, improving the self personality traits, improving the comprehensive quality, and building harmonious interpersonal relationships. Thus students’ consciousness and ability of self-discipline, self-care and self-regulation are enhanced, and mental balance is achieved gradually, which will help promote the mental health.
