定痫丸治疗癫痫的研究进展

摘要: 本文围绕定痫丸治疗癫痫的研究现状展开综述。癫痫是一种慢性脑病，其病机常为“风痰蕴热”。定痫丸因清热涤痰熄风之效，成为治疗癫痫的常用方剂，方中诸药协同，发挥抗惊厥、神经保护等作用。文章从定痫丸的方义、药理研究、癫痫的分类、临床应用及基础试验研究等方面进行了总结。临床及试验研究表明，定痫丸能有效改善癫痫症状，其作用机制涉及多途径、多靶点，为该方的进一步研究与开发提供了依据。
Abstract: This article reviews the current research status of Dingxian Pills in the treatment of epilepsy. Epilepsy is a chronic brain disorder, and its pathogenesis is often “wind-phlegm-accumulated heat”. Dingxian Pills, due to their effects of clearing heat, eliminating phlegm and subduing wind, have become a commonly used prescription for treating epilepsy. The various ingredients in the prescription work together to exert anticonvulsant and neuroprotective effects. The article summarizes from aspects such as the prescription meaning of Dingxian Pills, pharmacological research, classification of epilepsy, clinical application and basic experimental research. Clinical and experimental studies have shown that Dingxian Pills can effectively improve epilepsy symptoms. Its mechanism of action involves multiple pathways and multiple targets, providing a basis for further research and development of this formula.
