电子商务背景下阳澄湖大闸蟹销售的困境与对策

摘要: 本研究聚焦电子商务背景下阳澄湖大闸蟹销售的现状,分析其面临的挑战并提出针对性对策。随着互联网技术发展,电商成为农产品销售的重要渠道,但阳澄湖大闸蟹在转型过程中遭遇多重困境:物流运输方面,冷链体系不完善导致鲜活产品损耗高、成本压力大;质量把控环节,标准化程度低及假冒伪劣问题削弱消费者信任;品牌建设因“洗澡蟹”等冒充行为受阻,品牌辨识度不足;营销推广则面临流量成本高、精准触达难等竞争压力。针对以上问题,研究提出以下对策:优化冷链物流,引入智能技术实现全程追溯与温控管理;建立严格的质量检测标准,通过大数据监控与保险机制降低损耗风险;强化品牌建设,借助文化营销与政府政策保护提升品牌内涵;创新营销手段,利用社交媒体、直播带货及平台合作实现精准推广。研究指出,通过技术赋能、品质保障与品牌差异化,阳澄湖大闸蟹可突破电商销售瓶颈,满足消费者对高品质农产品的需求,并为特色农产品电商发展提供借鉴。未来,随着冷链技术升级与营销模式创新,其市场前景将更加广阔,有望实现产业升级与可持续发展。
Abstract: This study focuses on the current sales situation of Yangcheng Lake hairy crabs under the background of e-commerce, analyzes the challenges it faces and proposes targeted countermeasures. With the development of Internet technology, e-commerce has become an important channel for selling agricultural products. However, Yangcheng Lake hairy crabs have encountered multiple difficulties during their transformation: in terms of logistics and transportation, the incomplete cold chain system has led to high loss of fresh products and significant cost pressure. In the quality control process, the low degree of standardization and the problem of counterfeit and shoddy products have weakened consumer trust. Brand building has been hindered by counterfeiting behaviors such as “bathing crabs”, resulting in insufficient brand recognition. Marketing promotion is confronted with competitive pressures such as high traffic costs and difficulty in precise reach. In response to the above issues, the following countermeasures are proposed: Optimize cold chain logistics and introduce intelligent technologies to achieve full-process traceability and temperature control management; Establish strict quality inspection standards and reduce the risk of loss through big data monitoring and insurance mechanisms. Strengthen brand building and enhance brand connotation through cultural marketing and government policy protection. Innovate marketing methods, and achieve precise promotion by leveraging social media, live-streaming sales and platform cooperation. Research indicates that through technological empowerment, quality assurance and brand differentiation, Yangcheng Lake hairy crabs can break through the bottleneck of e-commerce sales, meet consumers’ demands for high-quality agricultural products, and provide references for the development of e-commerce for characteristic agricultural products. In the future, with the upgrading of cold chain technology and the innovation of marketing models, its market prospects will be even broader, and it is expected to achieve industrial upgrading and sustainable development.
