后溪穴的穴性及其临床应用

The Acupoint Nature of Houxi Point and Its Clinical Application

摘要: 后溪穴位于在手内侧第5掌指关节近端赤白肉际凹陷中，是手太阳小肠经的腧穴，又是八脉交会穴，通过不同的针刺手法，可清实热、宁心神。但目前对于针刺后溪穴的临床应用尚未规范化，因此本文从穴位特性、经脉循行、经络理论等传统医学和现代医学角度对后溪穴的临床应用进行归纳总结，为后溪穴的临床规范化应用提供理论依据。

Abstract: Houxi is located in the concavity of the red and white flesh at the proximal end of the fifth metacarpophalangeal joint on the inner side of the hand. It is an acupoint of the small intestine meridian of the sun of the hand and the intersection of the eight meridians. However, the clinical application of Houxi point acupuncture has not been standardized at present. Therefore, this paper summarizes the clinical application of Houxi point from the perspectives of traditional medicine and modern medicine such as acupoint characteristics, meridian running course, meridian theory, so as to provide theoretical basis for the standardized clinical application of Houxi point.
