数字经济背景下农产品电子商务发展思路研究

摘要: 随着数字经济与乡村振兴战略推进,农村电子商务已成为拉动农村经济增长的关键动力,且发展潜力持续释放。本文运用SWOT分析法,系统梳理数字经济背景下农产品电子商务的发展态势,指出数字技术提升流通效能、区块链强化质量安全保障、直播等新型模式激活市场活力等方面有巨大优势;还迎来了政策扶持、技术创新与消费升级带来的多重发展机遇。不过农产品标准化程度偏低、农村物流基础设施薄弱及专业人才供给不足等劣势限制了其发展;主体关系失衡和监管适配不足也带来了巨大挑战。因此,本文基于利用优势,把握机遇,克服劣势并应对挑战的逻辑,凭借构建农产品全流程标准体系、完善农村冷链物流与数字基础设施、借助分层培训与政策激励培育专业人才、挖掘地域特色打造差异化品牌并创新营销模式、针对不同区域实施差异化政策协同、优化直播电商监管与主体关系协调机制等措施,期望能推动农产品电子商务实现持续健康快速发展。
Abstract: With the advancement of the digital economy and the rural revitalization strategy, rural e-commerce has become a key driver of rural economic growth, with its development potential continuing to unfold. This paper employs SWOT analysis to systematically examine the development trends of agricultural e-commerce within the digital economy context. It highlights significant advantages in areas such as digital technologies enhancing distribution efficiency, blockchain strengthening quality and safety assurance, and new models like live streaming invigorating market vitality. Additionally, it has ushered in multiple development opportunities driven by policy support, technological innovation, and consumption upgrades. However, disadvantages such as low standardization of agricultural products, weak rural logistics infrastructure, and insufficient supply of specialized talent constrain its development. Imbalanced stakeholder relationships and inadequate regulatory adaptation also pose significant challenges. Therefore, guided by the logic of leveraging strengths, seizing opportunities, overcoming weaknesses, and addressing challenges, this paper proposes measures to drive the sustained, healthy, and rapid development of agricultural e-commerce. These include: establishing a comprehensive standardization system for agricultural products; improving rural cold chain logistics and digital infrastructure; cultivating specialized talent through tiered training and policy incentives; developing differentiated brands based on regional characteristics and innovating marketing models; implementing differentiated policy coordination across different regions; and optimizing regulatory frameworks for live-streaming e-commerce and coordination mechanisms among stakeholders.
