基于“阳化气，阴成形”理论探讨子宫肌瘤的中医辨治

Discussion on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Uterine Fibroids Based on the Theory of “Yang Transforms Qi, Yin Forms Shape”

摘要: 子宫肌瘤为妇科常见生殖器官良性肿瘤，中医学属“癥瘕”。本文基于“阳化气，阴成形”理论，阐释其内涵并探析子宫肌瘤中医病机，指出“阳化气”不足、“阴成形”太过为核心病机。据此确立“益阳消阴、活血化瘀”治疗原则，临证以健脾益气温阳、调气祛邪消阴为主，全程贯穿活血化瘀，为子宫肌瘤中医临床辨治提供思路参考。

Abstract: Uterine fibroids are common benign tumors of reproductive organs in gynecology, and they belong to “symptoms” in traditional Chinese medicine. Based on the theory of “yang transforms qi, yin forms shape”, this paper explains its connotation and analyzes the pathogenesis of uterine fibroids in traditional Chinese medicine, pointing out that “yang transforms qi” is insufficient and “yin forms shape” is too much as the core pathogenesis. Based on this, the treatment principle of “reinforcing yang and eliminating yin, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis” is established. The clinical evidence is mainly based on strengthening the spleen and replenishing temperature and yang, regulating qi and eliminating evil and yin. The whole process runs through promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, providing ideas and references for the clinical differentiation and treatment of uterine fibroids in traditional Chinese medicine.
