摘要: 在术后快速康复(ERAS)理念推动下,超声引导下神经阻滞逐渐成为多模式镇痛的一种主流方式。菱形肌–肋间肌–前锯肌平面阻滞(rhomboid intercostal and subserratus plane block, RISS)因其具有简单易学、安全性高、可操作性强以及并发症少等优点,现已被应用于各种胸腹腔镜手术的围术期管理,为多模式镇痛与舒适化医疗提供一种新的选择。文章对RISS的解剖基础、操作方法和临床应用以及与其他阻滞技术的比较进行综述。
Abstract: Driven by the concept of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS), ultrasound-guided nerve block has gradually become a mainstream method for multimodal analgesia. The rhomboid intercostal and subserratus plane block (RISS) has been applied in the perioperative management of various thoracoscopic and laparoscopic surgeries, thanks to its advantages of being easy to learn, high safety, strong operability, and few complications. It provides a new option for multimodal analgesia and patient-centered comfortable medical care. This article reviews the anatomical basis, operational methods, and clinical applications of RISS, as well as compares it with other block techniques.
