针药结合治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的研究进展

Progress on the Combination of Acupuncture and Medicine in the Treatment of Obese Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

摘要: 多囊卵巢综合征(Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, PCOS)是育龄期女性常见的内分泌疾病，临床发病率较高，影响着6%~20%的育龄期妇女。PCOS患者大多伴有肥胖，肥胖型PCOS患者发生代谢综合征的几率高于非肥胖患者，且超过50%的PCOS患者存在胰岛素抵抗。本病常见的治疗有改善生活方式、口服药物，但存在依从性低、卵巢过度刺激征和禁忌症等。研究表明针灸作为中医辅助疗法，联合药物治疗本病具有疗效显著、副作用小、医疗成本低且安全性高的优点，故将其研究进展论述如下。

Abstract: Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common endocrine disorder among women of childbearing age, with a relatively high clinical incidence rate, affecting 6% to 20% of women in this age group. Most PCOS patients are accompanied by obesity. The probability of metabolic syndrome in obese PCOS patients is higher than that in non-obese patients, and more than 50% of PCOS patients have insulin resistance. Common treatments for this disease include lifestyle improvement and oral medication, but they have disadvantages such as low compliance, ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, and contraindications. Studies have shown that acupuncture, as an auxiliary therapy in traditional Chinese medicine, combined with drug treatment for this disease has the advantages of significant efficacy, few side effects, low medical costs, and high safety. Therefore, the research progress of this method is discussed as follows.
