早期肠内营养支持护理联合整体护理对重症胰腺炎患者营养指标的改善作用

The Effect of Early Enteral Nutrition Support Combined with Holistic Nursing on Nutritional Indicators in Patients with Severe Acute Pancreatitis

摘要: 目的：分析早期肠内营养支持护理联合整体护理对重症胰腺炎患者营养指标作用。方法：选取重症胰腺炎患者68例，随机均分为对照组和观察组，对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施早期肠内营养支持护理联合整体护理，对比护理质量评分、营养指标以及并发症发生率。结果：观察组护理质量评分以及营养指标高于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论：对重症胰腺炎患者实施早期肠内营养支持护理联合整体护理，可以提高护理质量评分，提升营养状态指标。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the effect of early enteral nutrition support nursing combined with holistic nursing on nutritional indicators in patients with severe pancreatitis. Methods: Sixty-eight patients with severe pancreatitis were randomly and equally divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received early enteral nutrition support care combined with holistic care. The nursing quality score, nutritional indicators and the incidence of complications were compared. Results: The nursing quality score and nutritional indicators of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of early enteral nutrition support nursing combined with holistic nursing for patients with severe pancreatitis can improve the nursing quality score and enhance the nutritional status indicators.
